Job Description:
To identify and analyse improvement opportunities across a dedicated Business Line / Corporate Function in order to realise effective and measurable benefits through improved and by automation of processes. To develop and implement RPA opportunities and projects in order improve business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design to-be processes to ensure streamlined and automated solutions.
- Produce creative plans and ideas to help Business Lines and/or Corporate Functions to remove any process pain points and use automation to improve business processes.
- Perform root cause analysis & troubleshoot potential new processes and systems to effectively design with external vendors and suppliers optimal solutions and effectively manage the change associated with the improvements.
- Conduct an as-is analysis of business processes to formulate and develop optimisation business cases.
- Identify and analyse opportunities across a dedicated Business Line and/or Corporate Function that could resolve current pain-points or deliver efficient and effective business processes as well as automation opportunities.
- Performing code reviews on Robotic Desktop Automation solutions to ensure standards and quality are met.
- Plan and execute all process improvement activities to ensure successful project implementation of value adding projects.
- Identify, design, build and configure creative robotic / automation solutions to meet the cost and efficiency goals of the business.
- Assess the feasibility of automation versus other business process improvement methodologies in order to ensure fit for purpose solutions are delivered.
- Develop solutions to automate manual business processes by utilising RPA, workflow or other recognized technologies.

- Experience Required: 1-2 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in business analysis, process flow and business process improvement
