Job Description:

The successful candidate will take a leading and hands-on role in the design and architecture of Process Automation systems, design of .Net components and libraries as well as taking responsibility for .Net coding standards, code reviews and source code management.  This person will also be involved in all facets of the software development lifecycle of automating processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance in troubleshooting root-cause errors in complex or mission critical processes.
• Liaise with the UiPath representative to stay abreast of latest products, trends and design approaches and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UIPath Platform and its functionalities.
• From time to time design, build and test complex automation processes that will interact with multiple third-party applications.
• Interaction with world-wide user groups to identify new/future features and the sharing and exploitation of these to benefit our organization.
• Establish and maintain coding best practices and design patterns and standards, execute on code reviews.  Ensure that elegant robust code is written.
• Lead the development team in the design of automation processes including the design of common and reusable libraries and components.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work both independently and within a team, ability to lead the design conversation
• Proven track record of development and design roles for Microsoft based technologies.
• Have a deep understanding of software design and architecture, software development lifecycle and source code management.
• Strong .Net Development experience
• Process centric thinking, quickly grasping business process steps, ownership, dependencies, systems involved and automation risks and challenges.
• Keen ability to learn automation technologies like UiPath.
• Self-learner, eager to continually keep up with UIPath Academy, new products, and latest design approaches and trends
• Engineering, computer science or relevant baccalaureus degree advantageous.
• Strong technical skills in .Net technologies, especially C# and VB.Net mandatory
