- Ordering office supplies for core department
- Providing support as needed within the department.
- Maintaining/Updating Excel spreadsheets and department lists used by Retail Operations and company-wide departments
- Sorting and distributing inter-company mail
- Working with Powerpoint to assist with presentations and other department requests
- Sharing department and store information when needed
- Perform duties for the Retail Coordinator including answering and redirecting incoming telephone calls, answering overflow of calls and taking messages as appropriate for associates within Retail Operations
- Provide support for the Retail Coordinator including various tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, and special projects
