Hilton Hotel Careers – Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for achieving revenue goals through aggressive and professional sales activities. You will be expected to meet or exceed the budgeted REVPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) goal. Know which market segments produce effective business for the hotel, sources of business for each, and understand how to balance them to maximize revenues.

Job Requirements:

• This position requires excellent organization skills and attention to detail. The ability to operate a telephone, computer, and various software is expected, with Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge. A general understanding of sales operations is also helpful. Comply with all quality and safety standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
