Job Description:

We need talented team members (mostly engineers), the best at their craft, who are excited by these challenges. To build up a brand and share our story we need recruiters. We currently have 2 recruiters but we are looking for another as well as a Recruitment Lead who can take the current recruitment process and ratchet it up many levels so that it is progressive, consistent and of the highest quality delivery – exudes excellence.

Job Requirements:

• If you have led a recruitment team before, you probably know what it takes to lead the team and ensure that they are focused on the right metrics in order to balance quality and candidate experience with quantity and movement through the funnel.
• Keeping the team focused, growing, and recognised is key.
• Always keeping the candidates top of mind and happy, goes without saying.
• This is all achieved through detailed orientation, excellent communication and organisation.
