Job Responsibilities: Create documentation including HLD and LLD to support the delivery of our solutions Train and mentor direct reports Configure, plan, install, maintain, and optimize network systems, equipment, and applications ensuring network protocols and security policies are used effectively Work in fast-paced, constantly evolving team using DevOps methodologies Troubleshoot, and take escalations for Firewalls & Load Balancers, Windows/Linux system administration, or Cloud Native Tooling Provide technical direction so that we can build and deliver world class secure platforms for our customers Work directly with our customers as part of the engineering delivery life cycle Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues Job Requirements: Be comfortable challenging and working to strict deadlines Have good knowledge of routing protocols, security concepts and public cloud platforms Use your initiative and be comfortable working with changing requirements Be a highly self-motivated and confident thinker Be knowledgeable in the application of current and emerging network software and hardware technology and protocols Have knowledge of devices that operate at multiple levels of the OSI stack Be organised and able to multi-task Be able to lead and work as part of a team to deliver complex solutions Be methodical in your approach to diagnosing and resolving issues Have experience of multiple security vendors and/or hold relevant certifications Job Details: Company: BT Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Glasgow, Scotland, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
