Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders and HR COEs in order effectively implement HR solutions.
  • Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the HR industry in order to optimise service delivery.
  • Execute the channel Human Resource operational plan and solutions to ensure that all HR services are delivered within agreed upon timelines, set standards and the relevant MMI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the COE to identify learning requirements and obtain feedback from line management and delegates to support the refinement and enhancement of the delivery of learning solutions.
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR issues in order to effectively support the business and manage risk.
  • Implement innovative HR solutions aimed at managing organisational change, engaging employees increasing organisational effectiveness and strategic managing talent.
  • Act as a change agent by providing support to implement changes within the business.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders in aligning business requirements with HR solutions in business plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Psychometrist / Industrial Psychologist (preferred)
  • Business qualification (preferred)
  • Honours degree in HR, Social or Behavioral Sciences

Qualification & Experience:

  • Knowledge of and experience in HR practices and legislation
  • At least 5 years HR Business Partner or HR advisory experience
  • Experience in call centre environment prefered
