Job Description:

As a highly engaged member of the team, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally within TFG (with other TFG Brand teams, VAS, Labs, Credit etc) to deliver Rewards campaigns that will drive member engagement across the group’s 20+ retail brands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support to TFG brand merchandise, marketing & operations teams to drive member-only offers in-store & online
  • Manage the deliverables of various stakeholders such as customer engagement, analytics, external suppliers and agencies, to ensure that all elements are briefed, content pieces & campaign messaging is considered and delivered at every touchpoint (SMS, app push, email, social media, paid advertising, web updates etc)
  • Build, test and execute emails for all campaigns while working closely with the email service provider to streamline the delivery of dynamic communications to customers
  • Create store, operational and customer service team instructions for relevant campaigns as well as any program updates
  • Ensure that TFG Rewards’ communication plan is executed in line with the overall strategy, in particular the delivery, tracking, reporting & improvement of portfolio specific CRM campaigns
  • Manage website content and product selections linked to various direct marketing campaigns
  • Customer facing: Rewards member communication
  • Contribute to TFG Rewards member engagement strategy by co-ordinating ATL & BTL communications across various channels, brands & touchpoints
  • Engage with various Brand Marketing teams to put our best fashion-foot forward by ensuring that seasonal relevance and key products are considered
  • Drive Rewards KPI’s & targets with brand operations, merchandise & marketing teams
  • Ensure comprehensive campaign voucher set up on the Rewards System for direct marketing campaigns, this includes, but is not limited to post campaign reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending enhancements based on findings
  • Problem solve and close the loop with the Rewards product owner for any system-related developments
  • Manage customer queries and escalate complaints for all direct Rewards related marketing campaigns and vouchers
  • Client facing: Internal TFG Brands technical support of the Rewards system
  • Drive best practice thinking and internal group learnings with TFG brands, plus train TFG brand teams on the Rewards Campaign system & ensure optimal functionality & reporting

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5yrs B2C marketing with a minimum 3yrs focused in digital marketing activities
  • CRM/Data-driven marketing know-how
  • Resilience and emotional maturity
  • An eye for & understanding of fashion
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Degree or qualification in related field (Marketing, BCom/BSc)
  • A customer focused mindset
  • Budget management
  • To be a compelling communicator, with experience in content development across multi-channels and the ability to influence
  • Experience in or understanding of SEO,PPC, display and retargeting advantageous & comfort using content management systems & platforms like Everlytic, Google analytics etc
  • Detailed and analytical, with exceptional organizational ability
