Job Description: As one of South Africa’s leading independent retailers, TFG operates 22 retail brands and various corporate service divisions. A position has become available within the Logistics Division of TFG for a Furniture Quality Assurance Assessor. Job Responsibilities: Dispatching deliveries Custodian of reverse logistic i.e. customer returns, recall products Repairing of products Maintain a professional relationship with internal and external business partners Compile and report on key metrics and identify and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement Be flexible to do other warehouse and distribution activities To ensure that assessment SLA’s are achieved To perform all administrative duties related to QC processes Communicate closely and partner with all relevant stakeholders Inspect inbound and outbound To co-ordinate & conduct furniture assessment at customers’ homes Ensure that product are inspect in all sources of inspection Job Requirements: Proven furniture technical skills: quality assessment and repairs A relevant Tertiary Qualification or Technical Certification in line with furniture assessment and quality checks Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook Honest and reliable A completed Matric Qualification A valid driver’s licence No criminal records The ability to display initiative and take ownership A task driven and accurate approach to work A high level of customer service orientation Self motivation with high energy levels Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills The ability to work under pressure and be flexible A high degree of professionalism & self-confidence Job Details: Company: The Foschini Group - TFG Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
