Ted Baker Internship – Brand Manager

Job Description:

The role of Brand Manager is to protect the representation of the Ted Baker brand in a host store environment. To be accountable for safeguarding our image and be an inspirational ambassador of Ted who understands and promotes the Company ‘Mission Statement’ and ‘Values.’

Job Responsibilities:

• Display confident leadership and partner with your host store to support trade in the absence of a Ted Baker appointed team member being on site
• Execute consistent Ted’s School of Excellence (TSE) training and standards
• Inform team members on up to date product knowledge and note regularly customer reactions, performance and opportunities to maximise sales and increase customer loyalty in your own location
• Work with integrity and respect for others; create excellent team participation where possible and ensure the team and location are presented to the highest standards.
• Ensure all Teds Vault administration is completed on time – including Holiday, Payroll and Absence input
• Display high levels of personal motivation and inspire the same within your team
• Proactively identify and resolve recruitment needs through team understanding and networking
  Product
• Escalate Employee Relations issues to the central People Team to be managed in accordance with Ted’s People Policies
• Use Company tools to effectively on-board New to Ted’s (NTT’s)
• Take ownership of your personal learning to enhance your development, positively impacting that of the team and location.

Job Requirements:

• Keep yourself, team and customers up to date, and take an active interest in engaging with Ted’s social media activity.
• Excellent awareness, communication and effective time management of all Company directives.
• Knowledge and interpretation of your own location actuals, targets and KPI’s; using these to develop commercial actions to deliver better results.
• Accountable for your personal sales performance and ensuring you inspire the team to deliver the same excellent standard of personal sales through leading by example
  Adhere to all Company and the host store health and safety procedures.
• Use equipment properly and report any potentially unsafe conditions to senior management.
• Accountable for driving the team to achieve the location’s performance targets and KPI’s.
