Job Description:

With this exciting opportunity, you will be required to effectively administer and perform operations process activities that support Operations & the Operations Process Manager in mitigating risk and improving overall efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support incident reporting process; initiate response activities with correct stakeholders; submit insurance claim details.
  • Maintain store & Field asset registers; EAS; Scanners; Tablets; Laptops; Cellphones
  • Ordering for New Store Opening/Enlargement (stationery, hangers, EAS)
  • Co-ordinating diary activities, meetings and bookings for HoO
  • Publish KPI reporting information where it is not automatically delivered
  • Consolidate Credit Card statements on behalf of HoO
  • Maintain branch & Field information across various stakeholders & systems e.g. BCMS; Key holders; contact details;
  • Extract / co-ordinate and submit information required by other Group areas namely: Turnover data for rentals department; Logistics
  • Scheduling & application of stock takes(Non-RFID), review of stock take/adjustments & investigative activities where required.
  • Capture, assign and monitor resolution and closure of customer complaints using the RM system
  • Facilitate non-merchandise administration order/payment processes for Gift Cards; Rentokil etc – those not covered by Group services

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally the individual will have a relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, law, engineering or another related subject.
