Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available within TFG Store Development for a proactive, organised individual to join the Projects team. Allow your passion for retailing, confidence and motivation to add value in this dynamic division. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure that all store-related projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all vendor work is completed
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Coordination of all vendors responsible for assigned Store Development project deliverables
- Communication to, liaising with and managing internal stakeholders
- Updating of the Store Development project budget figures
- Processing all Store Development project billing
- Coordination of required meetings, attendees and conference room booking
- Ensuring that all Store Development projects administration functions are completed on time and within budget
- Responsible for all administrative requirements on assigned Projects
- Planning and monitoring all assigned projects within the Store Development
- Ensuring that all relevant project documentation is provided
Job Requirements:
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- To be able to drive change and influence decision makers
- To be able to operate independently
- A strong commitment towards professional service delivery
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and a process style of thinking
- A relevant tertiary qualification and proven retail store development experience (preferred)
- To be deadline driven
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- An intermediate to advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel is essential
