Job Description:

You will ensure organisational readiness through communication, training and coaching engagements so that the store systems are embraced, adopted and effectively utilized.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure training delivery aligned to business objectives
  • Assessment, Moderation and Evaluation
  • Reporting and documentation (feedback, reporting)
  • Company specific systems training
  • One on one learner interactions
  • Administration (facilities, invites and attendance registers)

Job Requirements:

  • A related Degree / Diploma is desirable
  • Solid experience of 2 to 3 years in the retail / FMCG industry
