Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the upload and maintenance of 3D virtual tours on the company websites and work with the supplier to create new schools virtual reality content as required
  • Develop and maintain all company websites.
  • Maximise the ROI of the digital marketing budget and ensure that targets are reached within budget parameters.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic to the company website, generating leads and enrolments.
  • Drive the strategic decisions that underpin all campaign management by SPARK’s digital agency.
  • Manage the creation and optimisation of online adverts, documenting learnings – including A/B testing.
  • Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial to SPARK Schools
  • Manage the company’s digital marketing agencies and ensure the quality of their outputs.
  • Design and scope a 5-year digital marketing strategy roadmap in collaboration with the Communications Manager and Brand Manager.
  • Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns as required
  • Continually optimise company websites, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate quality leads for the enrolment team – ensuring lead targets are met.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on website traffic flow and report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Define key performance indicators for each digital marketing channel and build a Power BI dashboard to report on these KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Generate and maintain a list of keywords for SEO
  • Timeously fix bugs in any web assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to analyse real-time data and adjust digital marketing efforts in response to that data is non-negotiable
  • Proactive
  • Project management skills essential; being methodical and organised, ability to prioritise projects and tasks, ability to work to deadlines and deliver intended outcomes.
  • Ability to customise communication for an online audience
    Intricate knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Video Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, HTML and CSS essential
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Ability to collaborate with other functional teams on digital campaigns
  • Ability to keep return on investment (ROI) top of mind at all times
  • Must display high levels of grit and commitment to excellence

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a closely related field
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Adwords and working with HTML/Javascript, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads and Instagram Ads
  • Experience using Power BI to visualise marketing data beneficial
