Job Description:
We are looking to hire an Accounts Manager to join our Sales Team! The position will be based in Gauteng and will report to the Sales Director.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Manage agents on their performance in trade regarding shelf-health as well as the full supply chain.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers that bring in the most income for the Company.
- Use Company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients’ long-term goals.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and sales statistics.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office applications as wel as CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a FMCG environment.
- Proven experience as key account manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
