Job Description:

The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render vocational skills education to residents within a secure care centre that will empower them with job related skills. This post is stationed in Clanwilliam.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement Skills Educational Programmes at Facilities in accordance to SETA standards for the relevant skill and/or curriculum requirements and Departmental Legislation
• Implementation of facility policies and procedures to enhance safe care / custody and development of residents
• Performing of administrative functions
• Continuous Professional Development
• Keep up to date with new developments in the Social Work and Social Welfare fields.
