Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of training sessions
- Managing of own caseload
- Supervising the 24/7 Employee Assistance Helpline
- Networking and Service Level Management
- Trauma de-briefing
- Manage the Social Employee Assistance Program department’s performance
- Assessment and intervention planning
- Monthly meetings with clients
- Supervision of Social Workers in Social EAP team
- Monthly Statistical Reporting
- Meetings with Social Employee Assistance Program team
- Standby of at least 1 week per month
- Evaluate the quality of the Social Employee Assistance Program service to clients as well as maintain the professional relationship between Incon Health and the clients.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of training and presentation methods
- Knowledge of applicable Legislation
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (an African Language would act as an advantage)
- A degree / Diploma in Social Work
- Ability to effectively lead a team of Social Workers
- Drivers’ License – Code 8 is a pre-requisite
- Excellent time management skills
- Registration with a SACSSP is a requirement
- Competent in the MS Office suite (MS Word and Excel)
- Experience in Employee Assistance and Management will act as an advantage
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
