Job Description:
As a Manager of Credit Card, you will help to support the recently launched Sephora Credit Card program by ensuring all program activities deliver against annual targets. The ideal candidate will have experience driving program growth and leading marketing programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Credit Card, this is an exciting and evolving position on a small, but influential team with visibility throughout may functional areas of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consolidate campaign performance, with client and market insights from internal and external sources to analyze campaign effectiveness, optimize efforts and guide future decision making.
- Collaborate with Sephora Marketing, Creative, Alliance Data (ADS) and Visa to ensure all Credit assets are legally compliant.
- Summarize and communicate program contributions to be shared across the organization, to reinforce the value of the Sephora Credit Card Program and ensure consistent messaging and continued evangelism.
- Develop supporting materials to help influence cross-functional team including Client and Marketing Analytics, Finance, Campaigns and Content, Retention Marketing, Creative and Product to drive program execution.
- Partner with broader Loyalty team to ensure client centric approach across all Sephora loyalty efforts and to seamlessly market Credit Card program features and benefits.
- Partners with Sr. Manager of Field Engagement to support field facing strategies and influence marketing creation and distribution across +400 stores.
