Job Description:
To manage and control flats, houses and oversee the maintenance of the complex which includes the maintenance of the horticultural site as well as tenant management communication and financial management
Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Building Maintenance
- Thorough working knowledge of electronic maintenance system (MAXIMO)
- Ability to comply and control suitable working budgets for building
- Thorough working knowledge of a Plumbing and electrical services
- Thorough knowledge of the OHS Act to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintenance and associated matters.
- Good Project Management skills
- Good business acumen and thorough knowledge of contractors and good practices
- Understanding and good interpersonal skills, good negotiator
- Client service orientation
Job Requirements:
- Relevant legislation
- Interpersonal skills
- Green Building implementation and management
- Conflict management
- Relevant technical mechanical/electrical skills
- Keep abreast with best practice and industry developments
- Good communication (Verbal and written skills
- Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental knowledge
- Computer literate in SAP and Maximo.
- Management & people Skills
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 years relevant supervisory experience.
- Computer literate in SAP and Maximo.
- Multi Skills (Plumbing, Electrical etc)
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- ISO 9001 & 18001 exposure.
- Driver’s license Code EB (8
- Health and Safety exposure (SHEQ Knowledge)
