Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an internal and external network.

  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials I produce.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is beneficial
  • Technical knowledge on data models, database design and querying relational databases using SQL.
  • Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SQL Profiler, Activity Monitor, Extended events etc.)
  • Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory, Master Data Services and Data Quality services.
  • Experience working with Azure/Google Cloud Platform/Amazon Web Services highly advantageous.
  • Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
