Job Description:
You’ll partner closely with the Hiring Managers, primarily Software Engineering, and occasionally other business lines as well to recruit top tech talent against aggressive growth targets. This role will have a high degree of ownership where you will develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, recruitment reporting and maintain an actionable pipeline of engineering talent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-end recruitment process ensuring high-touch candidate experience with outstanding follow up and the ability to communicate a thorough knowledge of the overall business as well as that of the individual hiring client group that you’re working with
- Manage the closing process with candidates which requires skills in active listening, negotiation and follow-through
- Recruitment reporting and feedback on process and practices
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
- Encourage an equally amazing process within hiring teams, including thorough strategy meetings, interview debriefs, training and process review when necessary
- Evaluate candidate fit by engaging in behavioral interviewing techniques
- Proven experience using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire niche skills and hard to fill’ roles Proven experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of headhunting and hiring tech talent at various levels.
- MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Recruiting analytics is a plus.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have experience building effective hiring manager relationships.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Relevant degree or diploma
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a tech environment, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
