Job Description:
We are looking for full and part time Food and Beverage Attendants. You will be fully trained so you can reward each and every Guest at our restaurant and bar with the Hilton brighthearted experience that the Hilton Garden Inn is globally renowned for.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
- Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
- Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
- Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender
Job Requirements:
- Flexible, reliable, and responsive to a range of work situations
- Positive and willing to participate on a team and work with a winning attitude
- Smart and tidy, in appearance
- Prepared to manage a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints
- Friendly, positive, energetic disposition
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest service
- Motivated to learn new skills and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in the local language
Qualification & Experience:
- Electronic ordering systems experience
- Previous food hygiene experience
- Cash handling experience
