Job Description:
A Food & Beverage Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront will work to ensure exceptional guest experiences within our outlets and across service periods. We have opportunities, on a casual basis, to work in or across the restaurant, bar, banqueting and in-room dining.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests to food & beverage outlets, greet and tend to each guest with a smile;
- Take orders, provide service, action requests or answer guest questions promptly and professionally;
- Manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts within our POS system;
- Maintain cleanliness and preparation within your area;
- Undertake basic beverage preparation, assist with event set-up or break-down, or act as a barista or bartender as directed.
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities;
Job Requirements:
- An ability to be observant and attentive with guests;
- Availability for an immediate start and to work shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays;
- Hold unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- A high level of personal grooming and presentation;
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction;
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights, mornings, weekdays, weekends and public holidays;
- Completed AHA COVID-19 Hygiene Course;
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment;
- Hold a nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification;
