Job Description: A Food & Beverage Attendant at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront will work to ensure exceptional guest experiences within our outlets and across service periods. We have opportunities, on a casual basis, to work in or across the restaurant, bar, banqueting and in-room dining. Job Responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests to food & beverage outlets, greet and tend to each guest with a smile; Take orders, provide service, action requests or answer guest questions promptly and professionally; Manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts within our POS system; Maintain cleanliness and preparation within your area; Undertake basic beverage preparation, assist with event set-up or break-down, or act as a barista or bartender as directed. Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities; Job Requirements: An ability to be observant and attentive with guests; Availability for an immediate start and to work shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays; Hold unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
