Job Description: To secure new premises for the Group in line with the Group's strategic plan and negotiate extended tenure on existing premises, ensuring the best cost of occupation in all premises in the most suitable locations and in configurations on the most favorable terms. Job Responsibilities: Review store trading densities on a going basis to identify opportunities to reduce or enlarge a store Present and interact with trading companies and Group store development at Estates meeting and outside of them with regards to sires, renewals and co-dependencies Understand, co-create and add value to and action trading division location strategies Network with industry players and competitors to ensure the Group stays ahead of developments in the market Review lease agreements and identify opportunities to re-negotiate more favourable lease and rental terms Present TFG brand strategies to Landlords Liaise with the Property development team and share all relevant information to facilitate the successful completion of projects Analyze and understand the locations and performance of stores in the northern region including new stores Firm but fair negotiations with regards to rentals and escalations Dispose of excess Group space on the best terms possible by either handing back or sub-letting premises. Develop and maintain contacts with key role players in the industry (I.e. developers, landlords, chains, property consultants, etc.) to ensure the Group remains a retailer of choice in Property Development Have and maintain industry knowledge.
