Job Description:
To provide guidance in the implementation, installation, configuration and testing of system software on all relevant mainframes to code and automate tasks that optimise processing aligned to business requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
- Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility
- Monitor the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure to continuously improve service delivery
- Configure, install and test relevant system software on mainframe systems and distribution platforms to support end user requirements
Job Requirements:
- Strong Analytical and Decision-making skills
- Effective written communications skills
- SharePoint 2013 & 2016
- Degree/Diploma in IT
- Proven problem-solving, change management & technical planning skills
- MS-SQL administration & troubleshooting
- Experience (3+ Years) and Solid understanding of:
- Experience with monitoring and capacity planning
- Power Apps and Power Automate (1+ Years)
- PowerShell Scripting Design and Support
- IIS installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- CRM Dynamics 365
