Job Description:

As the Account Support Specialist – Strategic Accounts based in our Miami office, you will provide services for our new and existing Strategic clients, working with Egencia teams and customers across North America, Europe and APAC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and deliver client reporting to internal partners or clients as needed
  • Using strong customer service and communication skills to research and solve problems related to customer setup and profiles, you will work closely with internal partners across the business
  • You will work across multiple teams within Egencia Strategic Account Management in order to successfully maintain client human resource data
  • Maintain client Egencia’s systems, working on existing website applications and site configuration

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • You have experience working with an Online Travel Tool or Agency is preferred, back office experience in a client-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills, including facilitation, written documentation, and status reporting
  • You possess excellent project and time management skills – handling multi-faceted, time sensitive projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
