Job Description:
Clover SA is looking for an experienced Customer Insights Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will conduct marketing research and investigations and advise brand management accordingly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit regions bi-annually to ensure correct information
- Manage external data sources and ensure we have the correct sources
- Investigate the best research methods to apply, based on the requirements
- Use of AMPS, Euromonitor, BMI, BMR, TGI, UCT Unilever Institute, Data monitor
- Set up various reports, based on internal requirements to assist Managers in analysing their sales data
- Oversee intricate details of the project – sample specifications, design of the questionnaires, etc.
- Brief research agencies
- Analyse the data and present to Marketing/Sales/Procurement
- Draw up research briefs based on Marketing’s requirements
Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge on Nielsen and aZTEC
- Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms
Qualification & Experience:
- People management experience
- Degree
- Experience in working with senior management
- Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
