Job Description:

We are looking for the Network Operational Excellence Business Analyst to continue to enhance our Provider Network journey leveraging data analytics to enhance our collaboration with health providers and improve the customer experience through a stronger partnership.

As a Network Operational Excellence Business Analyst you will report directly to the Provider Contracting Manager for Centers of Excellence (COE) contributing to the design and development of Key Performance Indicators, workforce tracking and planning, as well as the related reporting and process improvement capabilities. The Operational Excellence Business Analyst will also play an important role on the review of operational processes related to health providers, as well as conduct lean-reviews and root-cause analysis with the objective to drive operational excellence and continuous process optimization, as well as conduct behavioral assessments based on collected data.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis on provider negotiations along with recommendations as directed by manager by leveraging multiple data sources and working alongside the Medical Economics team.
  • Design of a robust KPI’s monitoring framework to measure production, quality, TAT, among others, – potential technology SalesForce.
  • Assess behavioral patterns across global health providers based on data analytics, support improvement focused enhancements, as well as organizing an completing activities to document and prepare potential business cases.
  • Close collaboration with the Business Intelligence team to design adequate reporting capabilities on Qlikview.
  • Drive capacity planning efforts of the provider network team.
  • Proactive collaboration on Provider Network related projects.
  • Monitor and management of the departments financial reporting and planning.
  • Perform network gap analysis by combining different data elements, including but not limited: membership by location, provider types, required services and plan design.
  • Provide recommendation of number of providers to expand based on defined criteria.
  • Document and maintain inventory of provider queries and network expansion efforts.
  • Define, implement and manage the expansion intake process, including criteria.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports to the Total Heatlh & Network Leadership team, Client Management and Sales, and the CEO’s.

  • Strong presentation skills, and knowledge of Window Office tools like Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
