Job Requirements:
- Monitors and controls testing protocol library, creating, and maintaining regulatory and performance standards.
- Ensuring Indigo’s product quality requirements are adhered to by internal stakeholders and effectively communicated to vendor community
- Develops effective quality management plans, determining steps and actions to be taken by suppliers to ensure product meets Indigo’s brand promise
- Investigates product incidents with appropriate follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- Reviews test and pre-shipment inspection reports providing timely direction to vendors on next steps and corrective actions
- Evaluates prototypes with design, sourcing, and merchant partners, making recommendations on product requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience working with global sourcing teams
- University degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience with consumer goods or retail quality management and/or product management
- Ability to leverage exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop productive business relationships
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently as well as part of a team across all levels of the organization Strong written and verbal skills
- Some travel may be required
