Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and follow Indigo’s core HR process – staffing, performance management, rewards and development
  • Owns self-development and provides continuous feedback to Senior Leader(s)
  • Supports and empowers team to make decisions, creating a highly engaged and high performing team.
  • Develops internal talent – build a bench for future Distribution Centre needs.
  • Unlocks full potential of employees by providing consistent, and on-going, feedback
  • Develops a high-performing leadership team that is accountable for creating a best-in-class employee experience

Job Requirements:

  • Manage DC Support functions for Online and Retail distribution centers; Pricing, Rework, and KPI reporting
  • Gains alignment with Director on specific goals and objectives for fiscal year
  • Partner with Internal Auditors, ensuring full completion of Fiscal Audit process for multiple sites
  • Ability to travel 10% (Domestic)
  • Challenges the status quo
  • Provide Period/Quarterly/ Annual summaries on accuracy results across multiple sites

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge of warehouse management systems functionality and methods particularly with SAP & EWM
  • Ideally steered inventory & quality assurance management within an Omni channel environment
  • Has proven success in continuous improvement working cross functionally with DC Operations, Finance, Logistics, Audit
  • Have led high value and SKU intensive inventory operations for multi-site businesses
  • Professional ability to influence other leaders within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Six Sigma and 5S methodologies
  • Strong analytical, mathematical or data analysis bias
  • University or College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven leadership, particularly within Inventory Control
