Job Description:
Client Technical Operations is hiring a Support Technician I! In the Support Technician I role, you will be tasked with providing world class hardware advance exchange services for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will provide day-to-day technical support for end user hardware and software needs.
- You will troubleshoot as well as repair hardware devices, re-image Cerner devices, and provide logistical services for our clients.
- You will process defective devices and hardware and prepare them for return to manufacturers.
- As a Support Technician you will get the opportunity to work with clients on Advance Exchange device issues as well as provide local client on-site services.
- You will prioritize and escalate issues and requests, fulfill technical requests from end users or route, and use knowledge transfer forums to identify and resolve issues.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years total combined completed higher education and/or related work experience
- Must reside in or able to relocate to Kansas City metro area
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
