Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Lead Content Strategist to join our team. We are passionate about crafting effective customer conversations and shaping the direction of our user experience by giving content a voice in the design process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Building and leading successful teams through career development by mentoring, coaching, and elevating others
- Managing through shifting priorities to provide clear direction and input on product definition
- Engaging in portfolio prioritization to help set the strategy for the team
- Advocating for the customer through human-centered design methods, ensuring our products speak their language
- Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs – then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Translating complex ideas into understandable concepts using natural language to design end-to-end user experiences
- Championing design-centered approaches grounded in product research and analysis, and always representing the perspective of content strategy
- Guiding team members in strategy, research, alignment, analysis, and content design execution tasks
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with content creation for cross channel experiences
- At least 5 years of journalism, content creation, editorial, or information architecture experience
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team
- Experience leading large bodies of work, including design work
- Experience managing a cross-functional team
- Comfortable working with a variety of business partners and delivering outcomes
- Experience managing a team
- Comfortable working across agile and legal teams
- Familiarity with working in an established design system
