Job Description: The Recruiter will be part of a small team reporting to the US Head of Campus Recruiting. This person is expected to execute the US campus hiring strategy while building and maintaining strong internal relationships with key business stakeholders and senior leaders. The recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process for their designated portfolio of businesses. Job Responsibilities: Delivering a differentiated candidate experience from discovery to onboarding Develop strategies to bolster outreach to a variety of diverse candidate populations Leveraging data to implement tactics aligned with our hiring strategy Partnership with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure a close and collaborative relationship between Recruiting and Hiring Teams Designing, planning, and executing an immersive Summer Analyst experience; as well as events tailored to specific candidate populations, virtually and/or in-person Customizing marketing and sourcing strategies across our portfolio of partners Job Requirements: Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Strong event planning skills, virtually and in-person Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrated problem-solver with strong attention to detail Demonstrated passion for Campus Recruiting Qualification & Experience: Experience with data reporting and Excel Bachelor’s degree Experience using digital recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, WayUp, Jopwell, JumpStart, Handshake 2+ years of Campus recruiting experience Job Details: Company: BlackRock Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Atlanta, GA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
