Job Description:
The purpose of this Supervisor role is to deliver exceptional customer shopping experience through and maximise selling opportunities through effective administration processes, stock management and visual merchandising.
Job Responsibilities:
- Capture payroll documentation on the company payroll system
- Housekeeping
- Stock receiving procedures
- Banking
- Deal with customer queries/complaints
- Implementation of daily admin to-do-list
- Authorising sensitive transactions at the till points
- Effectively follow all policies and procedure aimed at minimising stock loss
- Oversee the movement of cellular stock
- Drive the Ackermans culture within the store
- Assist with stock replenishment processes
- Daily delegation of task
- Coordinate merchandising promotions
- Issue floats and cash up procedures
- Laybe buys and cellphones stocktakes
- Coach and guide staff within the store
- Ensure that store teams follow the Ackermans customer service model
- Ensure correct pricing and VM elements are implemented
- Coordinate the execution of price adjustments

Qualification & Experience:
