Job Description:
IT Operations Associate will act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain administrator level remote access on our supported servers
- Address incident and service request tickets
- Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide on call support
- Automated monitoring of server availability, capacity and performance
- Implement change requests in the Unix environment
- Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations
- Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities
- Operating systems configuration changes
- Administer and maintain clients’ IT systems infrastructure, deal with servers, databases, network and Cloud
Job Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in Back Up and Recovery Management and Server Operating Systems
- Knowledgeable in Network administration, operations & maintenance troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related courses
- Knowledgeable in Service Support, Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Operations
