Job Description:

Our Head Office Learning and Development team are seeking a highly organised individual to lead the Talent Management Team. You will be part of the L&D Senior Team and help to deliver the L&D strategy whilst managing the team responsible for delivering the Talent Management process, Emerging Talent (Graduate schemes), Apprenticeships programmes and the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent & Learn) as well as supporting the wider L&D offerings to colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects across multiple stakeholder departments including International
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international processes
  • Managing project teams to implement Success factors Talent and Learn across the business
  • Communicating regularly with Stakeholders to maintain compliance in the Talent Cycle
  • Manage arrangements for development days at all levels of the business
  • Managing the team responsible for delivering the Talent cycle, Emerging Talent and Apprenticeship programmes and the wider L&D offerings for all new and existing GB colleagues across all areas of the business
  • Working closely with the Head of L&D and the Team Manager of Leadership and Learning to deliver the L&D strategy
  • Moderate and debrief Development Days and identify development measures for colleagues

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in feedback and coaching
  • Having a desire and passion to develop colleagues & “make a difference”
  • Able to travel internationally to attend meetings if required
  • Flexibility to meet changing project deadlines
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and influencing skills
  • Accredited Insights Facilitator desired
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Learn
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Creative and innovative thinker and “doer”
  • Understanding of Business Process Management systems
  • Retail operational experience in Sales and / or Logistics
  • German language skills an advantage
  • Experienced in and having a genuine passion for Talent Management and Learning & Development
  • Experienced people manager
