Job Description:

To maximize marketing R.O.I. and ensure that Medicare Advantage Sales leads are worked efficiently and effectively, amongst our distribution channels, according to new lead management policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and inform lead management performance results as appropriate
  • Engage executive leadership and sales managers in the lead management process; provide them with regular reports and ensure that leads are valued as a primary asset of the company
  • Escalate and help mitigate lead management challenges and gaps observed within the markets
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory procedures, including TCPA to utilize in all functions, processes, and communication
  • Recommend/Participate in CRM evaluation andenhancement
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to streamline processes and functions to enhance lead performance
  • Responsible for annually assessing Lead Management Policies and Procedures and adjusting to ensure best R.O.I
  • Responsible for development and writing of annual Lead Management Business Policies and Procedures
  • Create, develop, implement, analyze, and communicate business policies and strategies related to lead management
  • Create, o wn and execute business policies, lead management rules, guidelines,and strategies related to lead management
  • Lead and train team to distribute and reassign leads based on defined criteria across multiple channels and multiple markets
  • Develop prediction models to project lead volume to assist with goal setting
  • Work with leadership team daily/weekly to adjust lead management strategy and ensure channel equity
  • Analyze lead data and sales data fromCRM system; identify patterns, establish lead/lag indicators, report them accordingly; use data to assign and distribute leads in the most effective manner
  • Understand agents’ current lead volume, performance results and availability

Job Requirements:


  • Proficient with dataand analytics related to lead management and sales functions
  • Working knowledge of Excel(building models / projections), and Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work well with sales managers and to influence – through data – how they manage their teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • B2C marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication skills-written and oral
  • Strong ability to work across multiple channels and multiple geographies.
  • 3 or more years of relevant, work experience
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures and regulatory requirements, i.e. Medicare Marketing Guidelines ( MMGs), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), andSales Integrity
