Job Description:

Provinicial Treasury, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for two (2) suitably and competent individuals to manage the administration of the financial systems. These posts are based in Cape Town, CBD.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigation of discrepancies in data
  • Enable a clean and up to date data set
  • Maintain and re-verification of reporting categories per department
  • Supervise clerical staff
  • Assist departments with enquiries pertaining to financial systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Financial systems
  • Administration
  • Strategic planning and organising skills
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven computer literacy.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification) with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of financial systems
  • Supervisory skills.
