Job Description: As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will lead diverse and unique projects to improve the performance of the District's subordinate Field Offices and to balance and equitably distribute the workload in those Field Offices. Job Responsibilities: Develops, justifies, administers, and resolves significant issues relating to the respective program elements and sharing of immigration information. Performs in-depth analysis and research to draft and propose significant organizational improvements for the movement and dissemination of information. Provides day-to-day supervision to subordinates who provide analytical research and analysis related to immigration files, the data they contain, and the integrity of this information. Coordinates the work of subordinate staff focused on delivering fully analyzed data products to complete the Agency's mission. Performs in-depth analysis and research to draft and propose significant changes to the workload balance and distribution of work between the Districts' multiple Field Offices.
