TSB’s CIO Team takes care of all the Information Technology aspects of the Bank. We cover the whole range of areas within IT, from Infrastructure & Architecture to Digital Transformation & Innovation.

We are responsible for the Technology Operations and for managing our IT Suppliers, and we guarantee the Information Security for our Partners and our Customers. We also have ownership of Business Intelligence across TSB.

Job Responsibilities:

The Service Level & Reporting Analyst role within the Run the Bank Service & Operations team is critical to ensuring that all current and planned IT services are delivered to agreed achievable targets. This is accomplished through a constant cycle of negotiating, agreeing, monitoring, reporting on and reviewing IT service targets and achievements, and through instigation of actions to correct or improve the level of service delivered by the Run the Bank organisation.

Job Requirements:

  • Adept in identifying enhancement and improvement opportunities across services delivery, supporting processes and process performance
  • Ability to succinctly disseminate important messages to an executive audience
  • Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment with strong planning and organising skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to manage technical operations simultaneously whilst balancing business priorities and quality
  • Ability to think strategically and evaluate options in the short, medium and long term
