Job Description:
Clorox DTC (direct-to-consumer) is the owned & operated e-commerce arm of Clorox where daily interactions and conversations with customers translate into high growth and continuous learnings. Job Responsibilities:
- Build knowledge and understanding of our e-Commerce platform backend, its integrations and limitations, as well as recommend new integrations that could help enhance it
- Collaborating closely with engineers, marketers and other business stakeholders to define, ruthlessly prioritize and execute against a product roadmap that inspires and supports company goals and objectives
- Effectively managing and working closely with your pod to execute your roadmap Creative, Design, Data Scientists, Vendors, and Engineers on product development to ensure quality of work and that timelines are met
- Living in the metrics and analyzing user behavior to inform the success of products – Using data and analytics, as well as an understanding of key company focus areas to manage a comprehensive e-Commerce growth roadmap, as well as get buy-in from others
- Integrating usability studies, user research data, and competitive analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs – and validating your assumptions with actual users
- Tracking and reporting out on KPIs and performance, insights and optimization opportunities
- Being the go-to person for best practices, new developments, and industry insights when it comes to e-Commerce experience and conversion rate optimization
- Developing a deep knowledge of our customers and every detail of the funnel experience
- Owning the funnel and checkout experiences and conversion rate performance, as well as the customer account management experience, laddering up to AOV and Revenue metrics
- Supporting the management of our data and experimentation roadmap
- Being passionate about initiatives that span launching new features and experiments on our sites to working on more robust marketing and data integrations
- Taking responsibility for all aspects of the products – know the details of how the products works, the competitors, the company priorities, and the tasks to be done
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership, customer engagement, organization, team influence, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks and the ability to estimate the opportunity size for each initiative you take on
- Experience with application development lifecycle management, continuous integration experience is a plus – You love getting in the weeds with design and engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to take a broad view on product decisions across disciplines – marketing, logistics, legal, customer service, supportability, etc.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company
- 7+ years of product management experience
- A passion for jumping deep into data and the ability to run experiments to quickly test hypotheses
- Experience building integrations with systems to power growth such as email service providers, customer data platforms, social and referrals
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level — within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences
