Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding and appreciation of interface, responsive, and user-centered design.
• Ability to interpret content strategies and briefs for creative execution.
• Ability to preserve and push brand guidelines for content creation.
• Work within a cross-functional team to execute content and marketing requirements.
• Ability to translate data for use in creating content across channels and platforms: email, website, app, social media.
• Deliver, ensure and maintain a high quality of work.
• Gain insights and inspiration from the local design landscape.
• Conceptualise various content types within a single campaign.
• Have a thorough understanding of digital formats across social media and online advertising.
• Create outstanding campaign toolkits within the brand guidelines and rollout across channels and platforms.
• Provide support to the design team.
• Proactively research and audit local and global industry/design trends and best practice to inform content design execution.

Job Requirements:

• Strong time management skills, work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise, collaborate and manage various tasks.
• Proficient in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Creative problem solver with high levels of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).
• Proactive, task-driven, and positive attitude.
• Excellent layout skills.
• 4+ years of working experience in digital design.
• Ability to follow briefs independently.
• Self-starter with exceptional organisational skills.
• Basic Figma understanding.
• Graphic design degree or similar.
