Job Description: Here at Ted Baker and we're looking for a Head of Digital Marketing with exceptional talent to join our eCommerce team within the Customer department. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce & Customer Engagement, you will be leading an in house Digital Marketing team across all paid media channels globally with a substantial budget and a great appetite to test, learn and adopt new and innovative technologies. Job Responsibilities: Drive a culture of ROI and attribution modelling, ensuring the right reporting and tracking tools are in place for effectively measuring profitable return on investment Work collaboratively cross department to ensure cohesive campaign experiences and execution Accountable for management of overall marketing budgets, ROI and contribution KPIs Define the digital channel mix, its execution and testing Ensure that all channels are forecasted (annually, seasonally and monthly) and budgets are adhered to Drive a strategic plan for growth and acquisition built around performance marketing channels across global markets Collaborate with Insight teams to connect and identify insights from clickstream data, CRM, search insights, social listening to gain a deep understanding of our most valuable customers and use this to optimise campaigns Ensure best possible spend optimisation across markets to meet performance goals Job Requirements: Hands on 'can do' attitude with forward thinking mindset Passion and drive to keep on top of all digital innovations Deep market and competitor understanding in order to predict and identify new market trends Must have a keen interest in fashion Thorough understanding of Ted's current and future customer within the global retailing environment Tenacity and ability to balance competing priorities across multiple cross functional stakeholders Highly organised and comfortable working at a fast pace Clear communication skills and persuasive abilities with senior stakeholders Job Details: Company: Ted Baker Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Swindon , GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.xyz
