TD Bank Careers – Associate Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for someone for the position of Associate Marketing Planning Manager to act as Key Marketing Consultant to the business on all aspects of marketing. You will be expected to influence the business strategy while ensuring TD brand is protected and delivered in the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Integrate the broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area through in-depth knowledge / expertise in own domain and working knowledge of broader related areas
• Act as Marketing advisor for a sub-set of a business, typically leading or contributing on projects of low to moderate scope and complexity
• Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for respective business area(s)
• Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business priorities
• Partner with the function and/or line of business to achieve omni- channel acquisition and customer management strategy (i.e., deepening customer relationships, onboarding to retention, strengthen usage and customer loyalty)
• Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivity
• Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
• Create integrated marketing campaigns that meet business and marketing strategies and objectives
• Gather, integrate and interpret existing views of the target audience, including demographic, attitudinal, and behavioral data to create campaign kick offs and briefs

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
• A self-motivator with excellent organizational and communications skills to prioritize and multi-task in a collaborative or independent setting
• Proficiency with MS Office, software tools and technologies
• Deep knowledge of consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and customers supported
• Over 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
• A dynamic leader with positive attitude who can deliver projects and initiatives while managing a team in a demanding environment
