Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turret or electric pallet jack to move product within the warehouse. You’ll be organizing orders to be picked efficiently, selecting orders by pulling, stacking and labeling merchandise and bringing it to the staging area all while maintaining the highest level of safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Stack empty pallets: clean and sweep work area and remove trash regularly
• Select orders by pulling, stacking and labeling merchandise and bringing it to the staging area
• Perform all tasks to ensure a safe work environment
• Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse
• MHE experience necessary (i.e. Driving forklift, cherry picker, turret or Electric Pallet Jack)
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet or more as needed
• Will be trained on the proper safety procedures and elimination of potential hazards
• Organize orders to be picked in an efficient manner

Job Requirements:

• Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business needs
• Ability to work Monday – Friday (or Saturday varies by location), some weekends and holidays will be required based on business needs; flexible schedules are available
• Passing a background and/or drug screen may be required
• Ability to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet or more as needed
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker helpful
• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
