Job Description:
To manage and oversee the Bank’s operational and tactical development initiatives which include the execution and, implementation of application delivery programmes and projects against the Bank’s standards, policies and procedures and governance guidelines and Service Level Agreements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in sprint planning
- Compliance with all quality control processes and measures
- User Story sizing and estimation
- Executes unit testing
- Contribute to detailed designs
- Supports execution of validation phase
- Executes on configuration and build (custom code)
- Entity and data mapping for integration process flows
Job Requirements:
- Salesforce Developer Certification
- BSc Comp Science, B.Com Informatics degree or advanced degree
Qualification & Experience:
- 5-7 Years experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the programming code to create the solutions.
