Job Description:

Develop Strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the gross profit and drive store sales
• Grow the existing business
• Manage budgets and targets
• Manage the performance of teams within different departments
• Create strategies to promote and improve customer service
• Control and maintain brand quality

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related would be advantageous
• 3 -4 years in a senior store managerial role
• passion for entrepreneurship
• Excellent communication skills
• Self starter
• Planning and organizing
