Sibanye Careers – Assistant Officer ETD

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling and attending to a range of service provider queries to build the Sibanye-Stillwater brands
• SA Gold Operations: Align to World Gold Council (WGC) Responsible Gold Mining Principles (RGMPs).
• Addressing key service provider relationships to meet training initiatives / objectives.
• SA PGM Operations: Enhance Together for Sustainability (eTfS) initiative.
• Approve department’s documents.
• Assisting in compiling learner progress Reports (daily, weekly & monthly).
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan. This support will manifest in the targeted shift in culture as described by a valid culture assessment such as the BeQ.
• Ensuring customer, employee, management expectations are met.
• Assisting with cost saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
• Handling and attending to a range of service provider queries to build the Sibanye-Stillwater brand.
• Participate in risk assessments and investigate and take appropriate action as per identified risks.
• Addressing key service provider relationships to meet training initiatives / objectives.
• Assisting in providing and facilitating training, materials, practices, methodology and procedures to the improve competency levels within the organisation
• Ensuring customer, employee, management expectations are met.
• Managing the supplier perceptions of the organisation.
• Comply with requirements of the Quality Management System.
• Maintain and comply with SHE standards within the work environment.
• Implementing QCTO, SASETA, PFTC and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in ETD Level 3 would be advantageous.
• Moderator Certificate would be advantageous.
• Clear security screening record.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a related role.
• Assessor Certificate would be advantageous.
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults).
