Cutting of the following: Carcasses, beef forequarter, beef hindquarter, lamb and pork. Sausage production, assisting with stock takes, receiving of stock and uphold and maintaining Company standards

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Senior Certificate or equivalent qualifications
• Previous meat processing experience
• Machinery Competent.
