Job Description:

Crosby Lakeside is undergoing a transformation at present with improvements being made to the Leisure provision as well as a planned refurbishment of the Hospitality side of the facility. The salary is all encompassing and inclusive of unsocial hours payment, shift pay, and weekend enhancements. As the post is casual available hours will vary around holidays, sickness absence and the needs of the service

Job Responsibilities:

• Main responsibilities will include greeting customers, dealing with enquiries face to face and over the telephone as well as taking bookings and reconciling all monies at the end of the shift.

• To be ready for all the exciting changes we are looking for highly motivated individual who will be dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service to our valued customers.
• The post which is critical to the successful operation of Crosby Lakeside requires a skilled and highly committed individual who can act as a host at Lakeside and will be dedicated to delivering excellent customer care daily to our vast cliental.
